Report Cards
- Term 1 report cards have been published to the parent portal
- I’ve attached instructions to the portal to this email
- If you have questions about your child’s mark, please reach out directly to the teacher

Parent-Teacher Interviews
- November 24th – 5:30pm-8:30pm in the gymnasium
- Please park in the bus parking lot adjacent to the cafeteria/gym
- D’Arcy parents should line-up to meet with the teachers they would like to speak with
- Symmes parents must sign-up for a timeslot using this booking tool: https://outlook.office365.com/owa/calendar/SymmesDArcyMcGeeHighSchool@wqsb.qc.ca/bookings/
College, University and Trades Evening
- November 24th – 5:30pm-8:30pm in the cafeteria
- School council will also be hosting a bake sale – cash only!
Consent for Publication
- Please note that your child will be bringing home a consent for publication form on Monday
- If you do NOT consent to your child’s photo being published please make sure to send the signed form back to school
- The forms can be dropped off at our reception desk
Grade 11 Graduation Photos
