Here is some information for this week:

Re-Registration 2024-2025

• Student re-registration for the 2024-2025 school year is now open on the parent portal
• Please refer to the attached letter as well as instructions
• The deadline to submit your child’s re-registration form in March 28^th

Tutoring Services

• Free tutoring for all students is available every Monday, Tuesday and Thursday in our school library from 3:45pm-5:45pm
• You can also sign up for virtual sessions (limited spots) by accessing this link:

Glasses/Contact Lens Reimbursement

• The “See Better to Succeed” program provides financial assistance through RAMQ for children under 18

Student Job Opportunity

• Pedalheads is running a summer camp at the Western Quebec Career Centre
• Please see the attached poster for student job opportunities

June Final Exams

• Our formal June final exam period for all grades will run between June 10^th – 21^st
• Please note that attendance for final exams is mandatory and as per the Ministry of Education guidelines, only the following reasons for student absences will be accepted:

• Illness or accident confirmed by a medical report or certificate
• Death of a close relative
• A court summons
• Participation in a provincial or national event
• We will be releasing the final exam schedule in the coming weeks
