Attention Grads!

• Grad hoodies are on sale!
• The deadline to place your personalized order and pay is Friday, October 10^th
• There are over 15 colours to choose from and the cost is $50 – CASH ONLY
• Please have your child see Ms. Richardson in room 318 any day at lunch
• Not a grad? Hoodies for non-grads are also available for $45

College, University and Trades Evening

Photo Re-Takes

• Retakes will take place on October 23^rd by appointment only – you can visit this link to book a timeslot:

• Please note that priority is given to students who were absent on photo day and other extenuating circumstance (not because a student doesn’t love their photo)

Health Forms

• Please complete the attached health form for your child
• You can send the completed digital copy directly to Ms. Jessica Pilon at:  jpilon@wqsb.qc.ca or have your child drop off a hard copy to our reception desk

School Fees

• School fees can now be viewed on the Parent Portal
• Online payments are preferred, and instructions can be found here:  https://symmesdarcy.westernquebec.ca/about/school-fees/
• You will need the statement of account open on the Parent Portal for the banking file number and the parent code
• Please note that the banking file number changes when your child transitions from Symmes to D’Arcy
