2026-2027 Student Course Selection Forms

• We have started the planning process for the 2026-2027 school year
• Here are the forms to indicate your child’s course selection:

2026-2027 Course Selection Grade 11

2026-2027 Course Selection – Grade 10

2026-2027 Course Selection – Grade 9

2026-2027 Course Selection – Grade 8

• Complete the form for the grade that your child will be entering next year (not their current grade)
• Please note that this form closes at 8pm on February 27^th

Resource Newsletter

• Please see the attached newsletter from our school resource team

Health Forms

• I have attached a fillable copy of the student health form
• Please complete this important form if you haven’t already done so this year
• Your child can either bring a hard copy to our receptionist or email the completed copy directly to mmacdonald@wqsb.qc.ca
