Here is some information for this week:
2023-2024 Re-Registration
- Please click here for the letter and here for the re-registration guide
- Re-registering your child for school is a required step and critical for us to plan our classes and to staff our school appropriately
- Electronic re-registration has been extended until March 26th
- Thank you for your help!
Grade 11 Graduation/Prom
- We are working in collaboration with our feeder schools to determine the date of our grade 11 graduation ceremony
- We expect to have this finalized by the end of the month
- The grade 11 prom will be taking place on June 29th at the Hilton Lac-Leamy
- Students are encouraged to follow darcygrads2023 on Instagram for details
- When I receive information about tickets sales, I will share it with parents
Final Exams
- The formal final exam session is between June 12th– June 23rd
- Attendance at final exams is mandatory and as per the Ministry of Education guidelines, only the following reasons will be accepted for student absences:
- Illness or accident confirmed by a medical report or certificate
- Death of a close relative
- A court summons
- Participation in a provincial or national event
- We are working on finalizing the schedule and will share it with parents/students in the coming weeks

- March 27th – PD day
- April 7th – Good Friday – School closed
- April 10 – Easter Monday – School closed
