Here is some information for this week:

Exams

• I have attached our final exam schedule to this email

2024 Graduation Ceremony

• June 25^th, 2pm in our school Gymnasium
• Please note that each graduate can invite up to 4 guests
• Seating will be done in advance using a lottery system – we expect that tickets will be available for collection during the week of May 21^st
• All grade 11 students have received a form (sent to their school email address) asking for their height – please remind your graduating child to complete this form so that we can order appropriately sized graduation gowns
• Class of 2024 lawn signs will be given to families following the ceremony

Webinar – Teens and Drugs

• The Portage Adolescent Program is hosting a free webinar on May 14^th at 6:30pm
• Parents can listen to experts in the industry provide information on signs to look out for when it comes to your children’s exposer to drugs and alcohol
• The speakers can provide concrete tips on how to open up dialogue with your teen
• Parents can also learn about current trends and the effects of social media and youth mental health
