I hope you are doing well.
Here is some information for this week:
Student Attendance
- During the month of May/June many of our students will be writing process exams in their English and French classes and attendance is important
- This week, we begin “uninterrupted teaching time” where students are expected to remain in class for valuable exam preparation and support
- Please encourage your child to attend all of their classes and refrain from signing them out for certain periods unless absolutely necessary
Save The Date – Graduation Ceremony
- Our grade 11 graduation event will take place in our school gymnasium on June 25th, 2026 at 2pm
- Our seating lottery has taken place and each graduate has been issued 4 tickets
- Your graduate can pick the tickets up from our receptionist or a family member can come to collect them during the regular school day
- Your graduate can also pick up their free lawn sign from our receptionist as well
- More details to come as we continue with our planning
Final Exam Schedule

- Attendance during final exams is mandatory and as per the Ministry of Education Guidelines, only the following reasons for student absences will be accepted:
· Illness or accident confirmed by a medical report or certificate
· Death of a close relative
· A court summons
· Participation in a provincial or national event
Upcoming Dates
- June 12th – Grade 8 Awards Ceremony – only parents of children receiving awards will receive an invitation
- June 15th – Grade 7 Awards Ceremony – only parents of children receiving awards will receive an invitation
- June 24th – Holiday
- June 25th – Graduation
