Here is some information for this week:
Final Grades & Summer School Reminders
- Report cards for all grade levels will be published to the parent portal on June 28th – if you do not have your login information, please contact Anne Spear at annespear@wqsb.qc.ca
- Information on whether or not your child needs to attend summer school will be sent out by email after the final marks have been processed
- All details regarding summer school can be found here: https://westernquebec.ca/?s=summer+school
- If your child is a grade 10 or 11 student, final marks are generated on the Ministry Transcript for the following courses:
- Grade 10 History
- Grade 10 Math
- Grade 10 Science
- Grade 11 French
- Grade 11 English
- The mark on the D’Arcy McGee report card for the courses listed above is NOT the final mark
- Ministry transcripts for grade 10 and 11 students will be made available on the Student Ministry Portal (login details will be provided) the week of July 4th

LaRonde – Grade 11 Year-End Trip
- Tuesday June 27th
- Students should meet outside the cafeteria doors at 7:45am
- The buses will depart at 8am
- Students should dress for the weather
- Students are responsible for providing their own snacks and lunch – for those that choose to purchase food at the park, please note that the park no longer accepts cash as payment

Grade 11 Graduation
- June 28th, 2pm in the school gymnasium
- I will be sending a separate communication next week with specific details (arrival time for parents/students, parking, seating, etc.) to the families of our graduates
